Learn to Meditate for Kids
Meditation will help your children to learn how to quiet their mind, notice where in their body they are feeling emotions and how to deal with them. It’s as easy as explaining to them how to notice their breath and use it be present with whatever is going on with them at home, in school or participating in an activity.
This is a three week course, about 20 minutes long per session where they will learn how, when, where and why to meditate.
Cost for individual sessions (optional)

I met Josette through her introduction to meditation class and again when she generously gave her time to teach cancer survivors through the Livestrong program. I know what an incredible gift she has to share her knowledge with all ages (including my young son who is learning meditation to help manage some anxiety issues.) I love the way she shares simple yet profound stories to help in guided practice, yet also reminds that we “always have our breath” and can meditate whenever and wherever we need to in order to have the calm and peace to make it through a stressful day.

I was super excited to find a kids meditation class! Josette was SO flexible and understanding with our schedule! It is so easy and convenient to do these classes online. Josette is really amazing with the kids and my daughter really enjoys these classes. Highly recommended. My daughter says she likes the class because it teaches her how to stay calm. She also really likes the music Josette plays during the class.
