I offer online virtual meditation sessions. This is a four week course where you will learn how, why, where and when to mediate.
I have been practicing meditation for over forty years because "it works." I am certified to teach meditation and mindfulness to individuals, groups and in the business world.
I have taught meditation to five year old children and people into their eighties. Meditation works for all ages. Also have taught meditation to PTSD and to cancer survivors' in the Livestrong program.
